Privacy policy
The Royal Residency, Aligarh respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain words, what happens to the information you share with us through this website.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, reserve a table or contact us, we collect the details you type in — your name, phone number, email (if given), dates, guest numbers and your message. We don't ask for payment details on this website.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, arrange your stay, meal or celebration, and keep a record of the conversation. We never sell your details or share them for advertising.
WhatsApp and phone
If you choose to continue on WhatsApp or call us, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) or your phone network under their own policies.
Cookies and analytics
The site works without cookies. If we turn on Google Analytics, we will ask for your consent first; analytics help us understand which pages are useful. You can decline and the site works the same.
Maps
Our map is a static image until you choose to load the interactive Google Map, which then follows Google's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or tax requirements, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you have shared. Write to info@royalresidency.com or call +91 99270 22347.
