Before you book.
How far in advance should we book the hall?
For wedding-season dates (October to February) we suggest enquiring three to six months ahead. Off-season dates can often be arranged in a few weeks.
Do you provide catering?
Yes. AROMA caters every event in-house, with vegetarian, non-vegetarian or mixed menus planned with you. Outside catering is not usually permitted.
Can we bring our own décorator?
Usually, yes. Our event team coordinates with your décorator on timings and set-up, or can recommend partners we trust.
What is the alcohol policy?
Please ask our event team — the policy depends on licences for your date and the type of event.
How many guests can Ambience hold?
Ambience spans about 10,000 sq ft and hosts up to 1,200 guests, depending on the layout.
